Why volunteer?
- Be part of something great! Help us create an INCREDIBLE experience for all of our Toasties.
- Earn your exclusive Salty Toast t-shirt. Our shirts are so soft you will never want to take them off... even after the festival.
- FREE lunch! You heard that right, we will be providing all volunteers with FREE grub. We will have you take lunch in groups so that all positions are still covered throughout the event.
- Bring your friends and family along for the ride. Volunteering with loved ones makes the event even more memorable!
Are there age requirements for volunteering?
All volunteers must be at least 21 years old by event day.
Do I need to bring anything to check-in?
Please bring a picture ID and your ticket to check-in. Our Volunteer Coordinator will need to verify your age and will need to hold onto your ID until you complete your volunteer shift.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
More details to come. Once you've signed up with your email, you'll be all set to receive volunteer specific emails! Expect these communications 1-2 weeks prior to the event.
What should I wear?
All volunteers will receive our exclusive Salty Toast t-shirt. Aside from this, please:
- check the forecast the day of the event before you head out the door and dress appropriately
- wear comfortable closed-toe shoes - you will be on your feet throughout the event
Is my volunteer role guaranteed, or could I be reassigned to a different position if needed?
We do our best to place volunteers in their preferred roles, but the event’s needs come first. By volunteering, you agree to help where you're most needed — this may mean supporting areas outside of the position you signed up for. Thank you for being a team player!
Can I both volunteer and enjoy the festival as an attendee?
If operations are running smoothly after all attendees have entered the venue, we’ll try our best to give you a chance to explore the festival — but please note, this is not guaranteed.
