Join FIERCE Advocates for an energizing session of Mindful Motion w/ Erica!

Mindful Motion is a short, beginner-friendly reset that pairs simple, feel-good stretches with guided breathing to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and calm your nervous system. You’ll move through gentle, accessible mobility (neck/shoulders, back, hips, and legs), then settle into slow breath patterns designed to downshift your body out of “wired” mode and into a steadier, calmer state. Expect to leave feeling looser, clearer, and more grounded—like you hit a reset button.

What to expect

  • Gentle stretching + mobility (no contortions, no “push through pain”)
  • Breath coaching (diaphragmatic/slow breathing and long exhales)
  • A calm pace, with options for all bodies and flexibility levels

What to bring

  • Comfortable clothes

Breathwork and slow breathing are widely used to support relaxation and shift the body toward a calmer autonomic state, while stretching is strongly associated with improved flexibility and joint range of motion.
