Festival of UK Fire Sport Evening Celebration Event
Join your teammates for an unforgettable night celebrating fire service sport, in the grandeur of Cutler's Hall (pictured below) in Sheffield. This unique festival brings all active sections together for a unique opportunity to share expereinces, inspire one another and build new and long lasting friendships.
Included in the price is a drink on arrival, wine on each table plus a two-course meal and entertainment.
Arrive from 7pm and be seated for the meal at 7.30pm.
The menu for the meal is:
Mains
Corn fed chicken breast.
Served with pressed baby potatoes, roast baby carrot, grilled baby leek, celeriac velouté and a chicken jus.
Gluten free and vegan spiced cauliflower and lentil pie.
Served with pressed cumin potato and a roast cauliflower velouté.
Dessert
Baked vanilla cheesecake,
Served with fruit coulis and berries
