About this Event
Fertility Reiki Circles are a gentle space to rest, receive and reconnect.
This nuturing circle is for women who are trying to conceive, preparing their bodies for pregnancy, or moving through fertility journey and longing for a space of calm, understanding and support.
Fertility can be an emotional and deeply personal path. This circle offers a chance to pause, soften and reconnect with your body in a safe, held environment with other women who understand the tenderness of this season.
Together we will create a peaceful, supportive space where your nervous sytem can settle and your body can shift out of stress and into receptivity.
During the circle you will be guided through:
- Gentle introductions & intention setting - A soft opening to share (if you wish) and set a personal intention for the circle
- Guided visualisation to connect with your future baby - A calming visualisation to help you tune into your womb space, your body, and the soul connection you may already feel.
- Reiki Meditation - You'll be invited to lie down, get cosy and receie Reiki energy to support relaxation, emotional release and energetic balance.
- Rest & Integration - Quiet time to simply be, allowing your body and energy to settle. You may wish to bring a journal or notebook to write down your reflections.
- Optional sharing circle - A gentle space to reflect on what came up for you and to feel less alone in your journey.
No experience with Reiki or mediation is needed. This is not about fixing or forcing, it is about creating safety, trust and space for your body to feel supported.
You are welcome exactly as you are, wherever you are on your path.
**As a Midwife, I bring years of experience holding women through deeply vulnerable and transformational moments. That experience informs the way I hold space: with care, safety, sensitivity, and deep respect for whatever may be present. Whether that be joy, rest, emotion, or simply the need to sit quietly among women.
Alongside my work as a midwife, I am also a Reiki Master and Kundalini Facilitator, which supports the way I hold space. My spaces are attuned, grounded, and deeply respectful of each woman's nervous system and boundaries.
✨️ We will be downstairs in The Snug and the doors will be locked at 19:10 - There will be no entry past this time.
✨️ There is space for changing, toilets and making tea at the studio.
✨️ The studio is footwear free and space is provided at the entrance for shoes (please bring socks if you wish to wear them).
✨️ Mats, Bolsters and Blankets are provided.
