Join our passionate group of experts from Fermentis, RahrBSG and Wicked W**d Brewing for the Fermentis Academy for Homebrewers in Asheville, NC on June 18th, just one day before the start of the Homebrew Con!
Whether you are a local North Carolina homebrewer, or coming from the other side of the country, we invite you to join us for a full-day event dedicated to educating homebrewers about the fascinating world of brewing and fermentation! Held at Wicked W**d Funkatorium, it's the perfect place to learn, share, and exchange ideas about homebrewing.
Attendees will enjoy a full day of hands-on training, sensory analysis, and exclusive presentations from our passionate experts:
• Dive deep into yeast selection, and how to understand the differences between strains
• Learn all about the meticulous selection process for yeast
• Discover the art of sensory analysis to learn about how yeast selection impacts your final beer
• Testimonials from professional brewers about their daily job

We will wrap up the workshop with the opportunity to taste beers made by our friends of Wicked W**d Brewing. You won’t want to miss this immersive, fun, and educational Fermentis Academy!

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Fermentis Academy: Join us on June 18th 2026, at Wicked W**d Funkatorium, 147 Coxe Ave, Asheville, NC 28801, USA.
Seminar: 9:00am-4:00pm
Arrival required between 8:15 and 8:45 for registration. Free breakfast will be available on site.
We ask each participant for an amount of $39. This price includes participation in all the activities during the day, lunch at the Funkatorium, and full access to all the technical documents which will be presented during the day.
