A Spanish Spring Wine & Pintxos Festival Dinner at Isola
Join us for an intimate, five-course sit-down dinner celebrating the vibrant wines and flavors of Spain in the spring.
Inspired by the famed April Fair in Seville, this evening brings together traditional pintxos and regional Spanish dishes paired thoughtfully with classic and coastal Spanish wines.
The evening begins promptly at 6:00pm with a welcome pour of Cava on arrival. From there, we’ll move through five seasonal courses, including:
• Bright Albariño paired with briny boquerones
• Classic Rioja alongside saffron-laced paella
• Additional Spanish selections highlighting spring’s freshness and warmth
Expect lively flavors, thoughtful pairings, and the kind of energy that makes Spanish dining so memorable.
