A Sicilian Street Food Wine Pairing Dinner at Isola
Join us for an immersive evening celebrating the bold, sun-soaked flavors of Sicily in the spring.
Chef Mikayla Summers brings her passion and skill to the table with a five-course menu inspired by Sicilian street food traditions — elevated, seasonal, and deeply rooted in coastal culture.
The evening begins promptly at 6:00pm with a welcome bubbly to set the tone. From there, we’ll move through five courses paired with wines that reflect Sicily’s volcanic soils, sea breezes, and vibrant energy.
Expect dishes inspired by the markets of Palermo and seaside villages — bright citrus, briny notes, fresh herbs, seafood, and rich, comforting flavors balanced by crisp, mineral-driven wines.
