Break free of the average fibre experience and enjoy a vast array of fibrearts, fibre and farmers at our outdoor, rain or shine, street festival of fibre in the heart of Fergus, Ontario
Here’s a heads up - this fibre festival is about more than yarn…yes, we’ve got knitters, crocheters and boatloads of beautiful indie, hand dyed yarn of course…but we also have needle felting, roving, spinning, weaving, corking, mending, flax making, cranking and the list goes on and on! This fibre community of ours is vast and we want to immerse & celebrate it ALL! Celebrate Canadian hand made, slow fashion and beautiful art.
Take a glimpse into our roster of 70+ vendors, farmers & their animals, exhibitors, bagpipers, brass bands, food trucks and more…all here to welcome you to Fergus - the land of fibre!
This is a rain or shine event, so come prepared and dressed for the weather….but not to worry, we have shops, pubs, galleries, boutiques and even a bottle shop for you to pop in, have a rest and then get back out there to fibre, Fibre and MORE FIBRE!
We also have free parking and a free, handy, little shuttle bus to cart you down the hill to the festival.
Come for the yarn, stay for the day!
