About Andrea
Andrea Jane Lines-Botell is the founder of Mandalia House and has spent over 25 years supporting wellbeing, mindfulness, creativity, and emotional wellbeing through both group and one-to-one experiences in Canada and the UK.
She is also a meditation and mindfulness teacher on Insight Timer, where her meditations support people internationally through grounding, reflection, and creating moments of calm within everyday life.
Andrea’s work weaves together mindfulness, creativity, sensory experiences, neurodiversity-informed support, intuitive development, and meaningful human connection. Her approach is warm, grounded, and welcoming, creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and simply breathe a little more deeply again.
