We're celebrating International Women's Day 2026 and giving it a big hug in the best way we know how - by going cycling!
Women of the Pink Crew*, join us for a Sunday road ride!

This year we're celebrating international women's day with a trip to our local classic hill, Brickworks! Come and join me in brushing off the winter cobwebs and waking up the legs on my favourite climb.
Pace will be Latte (22-24km) to Cappuccino (24-26km) on the flat. Non dropping, and we'll take the hill at our own pace, stopping for coffee at Kickback on the way back down.
? We hope for warmth and sun but bring layers and snacks. No ride without a helmet!
Meet : 8.50am @ the Station South benches

+++ NOTES +++
> We expect to be out for around 3 hours so please bring food, water and adequate clothing.
> Open to all adults over 18 yrs with some experience of rides over 30km and comfortable riding on the road with traffic
> Please wear a helmet. This is a non-dropping ride, but please make sure you are comfortable with the route and distance before booking.
> We ride rain or shine but if the weather is really adverse [wind, ice, snow] , please check your inboxes in the morning.
>Most of the ride slots are over on Spond - [where Pink usually organise and promote rides] If you're interested in joining team Pink for more regular rides, be sure to find us over on Spond. Either EventBrite or Spond sign up is fine, you don't need to do both!
If for any reason your circumstances change and you can no longer join us, please cancel your slot on EventBrite with as much warning as possible and we can give your space to someone else. The size of the group is limited to keep ratios safe, thank you!

Our goal is to be a friendly and inclusive cycle club. To achieve this aim we expect all riders to:

- Be friendly and supportive to all riders
- Be self-sufficient (e.g. bring appropriate spares and supplies)
