An 8-Week Women’s Strength, Yoga & Wellness Program
Reconnect with your body, build strength, and restore balance through this supportive 8-week program designed specifically for women.
Feminine Power Reset combines strength training, yoga, breathwork, and women’s health education to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to yourself.
Across the program you will build physical strength, regulate your nervous system, and gain valuable knowledge about hormones, cycle syncing, confidence, and body connection — all within a supportive community of women.

Training Sessions

First Training Session:

• 16 Strength & Yoga Training Sessions
Build strength, improve flexibility, and reconnect with your body through structured training sessions twice per week.
• Breathwork & Sound Healing Journey
A guided session designed to help regulate the nervous system and release stored stress.
• Martial Arts Confidence Class
Learn basic self-defence techniques and develop physical confidence and empowerment.
• Women’s Health Workshop
Understand hormones, cycle syncing, and how to better support your body through different phases of your cycle.
• Intimacy & Body Connection Workshop
Explore body confidence, communication, and reconnecting with your feminine energy.
• Weekly Group Support Calls
Workshops, Q&A, reflection and group support.

Week 1 – Reconnection & Intentions
Opening circle, introductions, and setting intentions for the program.
Week 2 – Nervous System Awareness
Learn how stress impacts the body and explore breathing and grounding techniques.
Week 3 – Confidence & Boundaries
Week 4 – Women’s Health & Cycle Syncing
Learn how hormones affect energy, training, and wellbeing.
Week 5 – Release & Reset
Breathwork and sound healing session to support nervous system regulation.
Week 6 – Intimacy & Body Connection
Workshop exploring body confidence, communication and connection.
Week 7 – Feminine Power & Confidence
Embodiment practices to strengthen self-trust and personal power.
Week 8 – Integration & Closing Circle
Reflection, integration, and celebration of the journey.
This program is designed for women who want to:
