About Your Teacher:
Abby has been practicing yoga for the past 15 years as part of her personal healing journey. She arrived on the mat looking for a way to connect with and strengthen her body, and found so much more: a way to regulate her nervous system, a space for mental and emotional release, a rich world of spiritual inspiration. She received her 200HR Yoga Teacher Certification from Lotus Pond Center for Yoga and Health in 2021, and has continued her studies towards her 500HR Certification. Abby enjoys weaving into her classes a wide range of yogic teachings, from Pranayama to Philosophy, Anatomy to Meditation, from the Chakras to Body Awareness. She practices many Mindfulness techniques in her everyday life and enjoys sharing the teachings of the beloved master Thich Nhat Hanh. Over the past several years, Abby has taught a variety of classes, including Gentle, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Prenatal, Yoga for Kids, Meditation and Sound Baths. In addition to her group classes and workshops, she also offers private sessions tailored to your individual goals. Abby leads every practice from the Heart, with compassion and gratitude to share this journey with you!
