About this Event
This experience is designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored tension, and awaken your feminine energy in a safe and empowering space.
We’ll begin by gently relaxing the nervous system through breath and grounding, allowing your body to feel safe, present, and open.
From there, we’ll move into hips-focused yoga and deep stretches to open the hips and inner thighs—areas where emotions and tension are often stored.
Once the body is open, we’ll transition into sensual movement, guiding you to explore your body with fluidity, confidence, and connection.
We’ll close with an alignment practice to center your energy, integrate the experience, and leave you feeling grounded, open, and empowered.
