Felted Landscape: BeginnersInstructor: Christina Oates

In this beginner's class, Christina will teach you the tips and tricks involved in creating a felted landscape. In the first session, you will learn wet felting techniques to create the base of your image. In the second session, you'll learn how to embellish the details with needle felting.
Please bring a bath towel (or puppy pad) and a hand towel to the first class, as well as a photograph of a simple landscape that you'd like to recreate. All other supplies and materials are included in the cost. A bag to bring home your wet towel on day one is also a good idea.
We will have a selection of common landscape colours available for you to use, but if you'd like to customize with your own colours you can find more wool roving at Wool Trends on Hamilton Avenue.
Note: this class is for ages 18+; we will be working with sharp objects and needle pricks aren't uncommon.
