About this Event
Our Zumba class is 45 mins. at Pearl Studios (500 8th Ave) followed by a quick walk over to Hudson Yards for 90 mins of games, snacks, and winding down. Come for the movement and stay for the relaxation, or just come for either one, it’s up to you.
For class: 6:30pm-7:15pm this is a dance party for those with left feet, wild spirits, and everyone in between so wear your sneakers, and bring your water. Modifications and progressions make this moderate intensity cardio class open to all levels of fitness and experience.
For the wind down: ~7:30pm - 9pm Bring any snacks you'd like, and if you have any favorite games feel free to bring those too! We'll have iced Cherry Hibiscus tea from Spices and Tease, coloring pages & crayons for your inner child, and some games also.

UNDERAGE PARTICIPATION: Children are welcome here! Children aged 14 and younger can attend for free with a participating adult that has RSVP’d - no child registration necessary just please give us a heads up beforehand. Ages 15-17 need to pay/RSVP and have a participating adult also RSVP and supervise them. Ages 18+ require payment/RSVP, no accompaniment is necessary.
