We create a layered sound experience for you to deeply relax and meditate to. The soundscapes make it easy for the brain to change from being active and busy to a meditative and more peaceful state.
We believe when we are in this place of deep rest we open up to our own body's healing, our body systems re balance and re tune to help us feel refreshed and energised just like it does after a really good night’s sleep.
There is increasing research in to the effect of sound on our well-being and these sound meditations can help lower stress levels, improve move, improve energy and when used regularly can have a longer term positive impact on how we feel.
Please bring a mat, a couple of blankets or a sleeping bag and pillow - even a lightweight relax and recline garden chair - bring whatever you need to be comfortable and warm and some water to drink afterwards. The weather is warm at the moment but if temperatures look like they may be lower on the day please make sure you wear layers or something warm.
Sound Baths are not recommended during the first and last three months of pregnancy, if you have a pacemaker or metal implants or experience epilepsy or other types of seizures, have a sound sensitive condition such as Labrythitus or Meniers Disease.
