About this Event
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that uses sound and vibration to invite a gentle journey of deep relaxation, healing and self-discovery to nurture your mind, body and soul. The sounds produced by this beautiful set of Alchemy Crystal Sound Bowls will send your mind and body into a deep state of relaxation.
We will start these sessions with a craniosacral embodied meditation, that will first guide you on a deep cellular healing journey. This process will take your body/mind into a healing space where it may release what it no longer needs and find rest and relaxation. I will then play the beautiful crystal sound bowls to enable you to deepen into this state and allow the sound vibrations to work their magic.
Afterwards I will lead you in a gentle Craniosacral energy movement practice to support integration.
Please bring a blanket to stay warm and comfortable during the soundbath.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Full Refunds: We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. To request a refund, please contact us through the Eventbrite platform with your order information.
- No Refunds: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
- Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the event, all attendees will receive a full refund, regardless of the time of cancellation. We will notify you of any cancellations via the email provided during ticket purchase.
