DESCRIPTION:
The in-person Art, Healing and HOPE is sold out, so I wanted to offer a special virtual offering this Sunday morning. As you know, virtual AHH has been on hiatus, however I have heard from so many of you, that there is deep grief, anger and confusion in our collective.

Let's come together in a warm and creative space to process and transform the emotions stirred by current events. In this supportive group, we’ll use visual journaling, writing and movementto release feelings, explore hope, and cultivate creative resilience + RESISTANCE.

Through creative process and shared reflection, we’ll journey from uncertainty toward renewal and connection. No art experience is needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to create.

ABSOLUTELY NO ARTISTIC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED ! All experience levels are welcome. The focus is on PROCESS, rather than the end result. If you are joining us for the first time, be sure to watch the introductory videos, so you'll arrive feeling welcomed and ready to join the circle.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

First, thank you so much for your interest in Art, Healing, and HOPE (AHH). I am so grateful that Eventbrite is promoting this class and that there appears to be so much interest, however, as a result, I am learning a few things about free offerings and participant "investment."

To support the gathering and my regular participants, I have created the following Registration Guidelines to continue to offer a safe and sacred space of creative possibility.

THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN REGISTERING FOR ART, HEALING, and HOPE

• Please DO NOT register if you have no intention of attending. When you register, by you are taking the space of someone who can be supported by this expressive arts and healing gathering
• You MUST arrive within 10 minutes of the START time of class. You will be placed in a waiting room. To create a safe and sacred container, participants will not be allowed into the event, after the first 10 minutes. If you are already in the event and are disconnected you will be placed back in the waiting room and I will approve your reentry.
• Understand that this is a gathering of open-hearted, creative vulnerability.
• This is NOT a technique-driven art class, however, you will learn by watching and doing. It is a process gathering. Free technique classes can be found on my YouTube channel.
• You MUST commit to confidentiality. What is shared in our gathering, stays in our gathering, including the names of anyone you see on the screen.
• If you join and it's not your cup of tea, please don't "drop off." Please share that you'll be leaving us and say goodbye. You wouldn't walk out of someone's house and slam the door. LOL!
• If you are in need of a Live Transcript or Subtitles, please send me an email BEFORE THE CLASS and I am able to provide this service through Zoom.
• Please respect that some who attend may be trauma survivors, so I request no violent content or reference in this gathering.
