February Beer Yoga at Rising Storm Brewery - The Mill

Join us for the Beer Yoga at Rising Storm Brewing Company - The Mill location! Certified yoga instructor, Melissa Silva, will lead you through a series of beginner-friendly yoga poses (drink in hand), taking sip-breaks along the way, in this fun and laid back class. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Your ticket includes a beverage of your choice to enjoy during or after class. Rising Storm offers beer, wine, cider, seltzer, soda, and other tasty beverages , so there is something for everyone.

Please bring a mat or towl to practice on.

This event will take place inside and upstairs on the first Saturday of each month.

The Rising Storm Brewing Company is located at the historic Daisy Flour Mill. They also serve delicious food, so be sure to plan on staying for lunch after. Check out their food and drink menu here.
