Big Feelings, Calm Bodies is a parent-focused educational event designed to help families better understand their child’s nervous system and how it impacts emotions, behavior, focus, and overall well-being.

This collaborative event brings together nervous system–based chiropractic care and mindfulness-informed movement to support regulation in growing kids.

Together, Dr. Chelsea and Nicole will guide parents through an educational discussion on how the nervous system, emotional regulation, and body-based tools work together — while offering practical, real-life strategies families can use right away.

Following the parent education portion, children will participate in a 45-minute guided kids yoga session led by Nicole Guy. This session focuses on:

• Gentle movement
• Breathing exercises
• Body awareness
• Tools kids can use to help calm their bodies and minds
