Feast of Friends is a high energy tribute to Jim Morrison and The Doors, bringing the raw power, groove, and improvisation of the band’s legendary live performances to the stage. Formed in 2013 in upstate New York, Feast of Friends is one of the only continuously active Doors tribute bands in the Northeast, with a reputation for electrifying audiences’ night after night.
Rather than relying on wigs, costumes, and impersonation, the band focuses on the music itself, delivering faithful renditions of classic hits alongside deep tracks rarely played live. Feast of Friends has performed The Doors, Strange Days, and L.A. Woman in full, seamlessly blending studio accuracy with extended jams and spontaneous moments that thrive in club environments.
The band has toured throughout the Northeast and California. In 2015, vocalist Joe McCausland performed with original Doors guitarist Robby Krieger at the Tarrytown Playhouse.
