The menu is inspired by Cathy's new book The Italian Summer Kitchen and is rooted in the rhythms of the garden. We're starting the evening with a line-up of Nostrana's favorites: aperitivo cocktails and salty snacks, followed later with wine pairings provided by Cana's Feast Winery in Carlton, Oregon.
