Fearless Flight YOGA: Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop

Join certified yoga teacher and inversion junkie, Allison Malik, in an in depth look at the mechanics of a hands-down yoga practice. In this 2-hour workshop, we will review how to recruit stabilizer muscles for balance, how to align the body through breath and focus, and address subtle nuances that can move your practice from fear to flight.
