A Friday night wellness gathering to release stress, grief, and overwhelm through movement, breathwork, and sound healing.

Feeling overwhelmed by the intensity of the world right now?
Many of us are carrying a quiet accumulation of fear, grief, and stress in our bodies as we navigate an unstable political and economic climate. This evening is an opportunity to release that weight and reconnect with the steady intelligence of your heart while enjoying a Friday night wellness gathering that leaves you feeling better the next morning.
This special community event is generously supported by Hacker Moms, a Berkeley-based coworking and creative community for entrepreneurial mothers.
Through gentle body-based warmups, intuitive movement and dance, guided Ritual Breathwork, and immersive sound healing, you will have space to process what your body has been holding and restore a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and resilience.
Participants often leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves and others.
No prior experience with breathwork or yoga is necessary. You are welcome exactly as you are.

What Participants Will Experience
• Light kundalini yoga warmups to open the body and support nervous system balance
Movement and dance to reconnect with your body and intuition and set intentions for healing
• A guided Ritual Breathwork ceremony designed to release stored fear, grief, and emotional tension
Sound healing integration to support deep relaxation and nervous system reset
• Time to connect with others over drinks, tea, and light snacks

What to Bring
• Yoga mat
• Blanket, pillow, or bolster
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in

About the Facilitator

Sariah Sizemore is the founder of Ritual Work and the creator of Ritual Breathwork, a healing modality that blends breathwork, movement, sound, and somatic awareness to help people release stress, reconnect with their bodies, and access their natural resilience and inner wisdom.
She previously built a thriving practice in the Bay Area and offered many workshops and breathwork ceremonies at the Berkeley Shambhala Center, where these gatherings became beloved community experiences and often sold out. After several years living and working in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Sariah is excited to visit Berkeley to offer this work again.
Sariah will be supported by a small team of skilled healing practitioners who have trained with her in breathwork and embodiment facilitation. Together they help hold a safe, grounded container for the group and provide support throughout the breathwork ceremony so participants feel cared for and supported during the experience.
Her work blends breathwork, kundalini yoga, embodiment practices, somatic awareness, and intuitive coaching to support deep emotional healing and personal transformation. She is known for creating warm, welcoming spaces where people can relax, open up, and reconnect with their vitality, clarity, and inner strength.
