About this Event
join us for a morning birding outing on sunday, april 26 from 8:30–11:30 am!
we’ll be spending the morning outside exploring and moving at a relaxed pace with plenty of time to stop and listen!
this outing is open to everyone, whether you’re brand new to birding or have been doing it for years. no experience needed.
what to expect:
• a moderate walk with a mix of paved paths and dirt/gravel trails
• a few miles total over the course of the morning
• lots of stopping, chatting, and observing
• a welcoming, low-pressure environment for all experience levels
• we’ll split into smaller groups to keep things manageable and make sure everyone has a good experience
• bathrooms available
what to bring:
• water
• comfortable walking shoes
• binoculars if you have them (we’ll have a few extras to share)
