Faye Brinsmead’s poems and flash fictions have appeared in a range of journals, including South Florida Poetry Journal, Wales Haiku Journal, Neologism Poetry Journal, New Flash Fiction Review, The Ekphrastic Review, Meniscus and The Mackinaw: a journal of prose poetry. Her flash fictions have won or placed in several international competitions and have been published in anthologies including the annual international Best Microfiction anthology. Her ekphrastic novella-in-flash was shortlisted for the Reflex Press Novella Award. Earlier this year, her debut poetry collection was longlisted for publication by the US-based Ink & Ribbon Press. She works as a consultant legislative drafter for the Environment Department here in Ngunnawal Country. Tickets for the reading are $5 -$10
