Why Meditate?
Our free Seven Secrets of Meditation course offers the methods, knowledge and inspiration you’ll need to embark on your own inner journey while exploring the many paths of meditation – you only need the sincerity to try and the determination to practice.
This course will be presented by international guest presenter, Jogyata Dallas, who has been offering free meditation classes in New Zealand and around the world since 1980. He has also written several books on the subject. He draws upon personal experience and Sri Chinmoy’s inspirational teachings to help those searching for a life of deeper meaning.
