Who this Conference is aimed at: Anyone interested in how hospitality can evolve beyond the bar - through creative offshoots, brand-building, and new ways to connect with culture.
This has been curated for the doers, dreamers and deep thinkers of hospitality - the ones with big mid-shift thoughts and no clue where to take them. This is where you bring them. Come for clarity, connection, inspiration and forge what’s next.
What's this Conference about: Right in the heart of Leeds, this three-day gathering is for the people who keep hospitality alive - the true backbone of our industry: the main level and frontline who work the floor, host the door, behind the bar, in the kitchen, sort deliveries and so much more during your shifts.
It’s not about titles. It’s about people.
Each day is built around a different peer group (Women, Pride and Men) to ensure every conversation happens in a room full of people who understand and care to tackle and help bring around change in their particular demographic. It’s all about shared experience, safe space, showing up for each other and being inspired by representation, inclusion and community.
Representation is at the core for us: To see yourself in others you can identify with is one of the most empowering forms of confirmation and inspiration we feel exists which is why we have chose to have each day of the conference for, with and led by the people who identify as that day’s demographic and backgrounds - top to bottom from Host, Panelists and those in attendance to ensure the space is reflective, safe, and empowering for those in the room.
Our Conference is about hearing real voices, all sharing real lives and experiences connecting for real positive impactful change in our city.
