About this Event
“The private client landscape is ever changing with a variety of tax and proposed legislation updates, as well as digitisation of processes. Keeping up to date with not only what advice to provide, but what risks and processes to use is a constant issue for practitioners. Furthermore, capacity issues and elderly client work requires more diligent processes to protect you and your clients from claims in the future.
This session is designed to provide you with the tools to navigate the current climate as best possible, from handling initial capacity concerns, the tax planning issues clients are worried about due to government changes and “u” turns, to the impact new processes such as electronic wills will bring.”
