What are the FAVE Awards? The FAVE Awards celebrate the people who power r’ Leeds’ Hospitality scene. From bars and kitchens to floor teams and FOH, it’s a Night Dedicated to Recognising the Graft, Heart, and Culture-Makers who Keep our City Alive.

Sun 22nd March ’26 at 6pm
Who are the Awards for? Anyone working in Hospitality: Bartenders, Servers, Chefs, Managers, Hosts, Runners, Creatives, Back-of-House, Front-of-House and any other role covered in our wide-spread Industry. If you contribute to the experience, this night is for you.
Is this a formal awards night? No stiff handshakes. No corporate energy. The FAVE Awards are relaxed, inclusive, and built to feel like a proper get-together with your industry peers- just with an added bit of shine provided by our mirrorball!
Do I need to be nominated to attend? No. While Awards are presented on the night, the wider celebration is about community. Everyone in the room is part of the moment.
How are winners chosen? Categories are shaped around real roles and real impact. Winners are selected through a combination of industry votes & peer recognition, as well as our Consortium of Respected Hospo Heads-led judging.
Is this about competition? Not really. Our Awards are designed to go beyond winning. It’s about giving flowers across the room and recognising the collective effort that makes Leeds Hospitality special.
What should I expect on the night? Joy & Energy. Familiar faces. Big appreciation. A few surprises. A space to celebrate, connect, dance and feel proud of the work you do!
What’s the dress code? Come as you are - elevated if you want, comfortable if you don’t. The best look is feeling good. Dress to enjoy and make the most of the occasion.
Why do the FAVE Awards matter? Because Hospitality gives everything - so its time to give us something back that we can all be together to celebrate LOUD & PROUD! This is about looking round the room, and saying “we matter - this is OUR CITY & it runs because of us lot!”
