Come have a fun day with our super friendly goats!!
When we say Goat Yoga we aren't kidding around!!!! We have over 20 goats that will be more than happy to hang out with you, climb on you, nibble on your clothes and just make you happy to be here!
We are so very excited to have teamed up with Diana Benza who's fun loving style is just the perfect fit for our Goat Yoga Classes!
Goats are very friendly, funny, and love people, they are also very mischievous.
Be prepared to laugh, smile and have a good time because goats just make you happy!!
Things to know about this event:
Space is limited so reservations are needed to secure a your spot. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite.com
-Experience: You need no prior yoga experience. You can either be an experienced Yogi or a complete novice. This fun, farm activity is a great way to interact and learn about our farm animals and Yoga too.
-Cost is $35.00.
-Please come no sooner then 15 mins before the session starts.
-Bring your own towel. NOT A YOGA MAT!!!( Goats think mats are yummy !!! )We have a very limited amount of extras.
- Age minimum 8 years old.
- This activity will be canceled if it rains. Tickets will be refunded if Canceled!
- There is plenty of parking on site. Please park behind the garage or in the drive way. Do Not park on the street. Thank You.

Diana's Bio:
Hello, my name is Diana Benza and I started practicing yoga in 2016. I came across a 12hr kids yoga training in 2020 and fell in love! I continued my training and received my 95-hour Trauma-Informed Kids Yoga Teacher Training for Children and Adolescents certificate in 2021. That same year I started an annual after-school kids' yoga club in Hartford where I work and try my best to incorporate yoga into the school day. I followed my dream of becoming a yoga instructor and in 2023, I was awarded a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher & Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator certificate from Breathe for Change. This May I'll be awarded a second 200hr yoga teacher training certificate from Be Yoga Studio! My teaching style is all-levels Hatha yoga, I enjoy being mindful and I like to incorporate modifications and variations. Yoga is a passion and a mission for me; I love to share it with everyone I meet! Over the past few years, I've taught kids' yoga at KinderCare Learning Center, Hot11, and Pip Yoga Studio. I've also taught yoga in the city parks and at Dudleytown Brewing, as well as kitten and baby goat yoga at various locations. I love animal yoga because it's pure joy; all you do is smile and laugh the entire time! There is nothing else like yoga with animals!!
