George J. Hummel Little League and Seymour AYFC are teaming up to raise funds for our organizations and we need YOUR help! We are looking for volunteers to work the Jelly Roll and Post Malone Concert at Rentschler Field, East Hartford CT on Monday, June 22nd from around 3:30 PM to 11:30PM (subject to change).We will be working as ushers through the company Contemporary Services Corporation. As ushers we will be helping escort people to their seats (and have a nice view of the concert š)

VOLUNTEER EXPECTATIONS
-Each volunteer needs to fill out an application (about 20 minutes and even though we are volunteering it does ask for thorough information since the company we are volunteering for is a security business)
-Each volunteer will need to submit to getting a background check
-Each volunteer needs to be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
-Each volunteer will need to show 2 forms of ID to the Peter Washenko, HR manager of CSC
-Each volunteer will need to show up for in person training
-Each person will need to wear black pants and black shoes day of event

This is a fun opportunity to raise easy money! There are over 100 parents in both organizations and if we can get a big enough group, we can raise an impactful amount of money for GJHLL and Seymour AYF. Please consider donating your time and helping us raise money for all of our kids in both leagues. We're excited to do this together and hopefully have you join us!
