Join Fat+Happy Yoga in this beginner friendly workshop that invites you to focus on how you're expanding as we move into Summer.
This fat positive workshop includes candlelight Yin Yoga & Meditation, followed by tea, journaling and a discussion of how we want to expand and embrace the energy of Summer.

Helen Camisa has been teaching yoga for over a decade and it was the first step in her own journey towards body acceptance. She believes that we all deserve to feel good and enjoy our bodies in this moment, rather than waiting for the "perfect time". The time is now! Helen loves exploring and sharing the ways in which she finds happiness in the skin she lives in, and she wants to help you get there too.
