About this Event

Fascia X Spinal Energetics

Fascia carries current, cells act like batteries, nerves ignite.

This is the first event in London where the pioneering modalities of Human Garage fascia manoeuvres and Spinal Energetics are brought together. Led by practitioners Jessica George and Georgina Jackson, this collaboration marks a turning point in how we approach the body, the mind and the intelligence that lives within our fascia and nervous system.

Hosted in the remarkable setting of a converted church, this workshop invites you to step out of autopilot, come into presence and experience a powerful collective movement that is reshaping wellbeing across the world.

Why is this Collaboration a Massive Change in Wellbeing?

The fascia is one of the body’s most intelligent systems, containing more nerve endings than the brain. Each fascia cell holds 1.4 kilowatts of kinetic energy, a vast storehouse of cellular intelligence. When fascia is restricted, it holds pain, unprocessed stress and unresolved trauma. By learning how to work with fascia, you can begin to release tension, restore flow, and expand your capacity for resilience.

Spinal Energetics is a groundbreaking modality that bridges one of the most common gaps in wellbeing: the disconnect between mind and body. Through subtle yet powerful energetic and somatic work, it supports the nervous system and fascia to realign, regulate and return to balance. This practice is gaining recognition worldwide for its ability to restore connection and clarity from the inside out.

Together, fascia manoeuvres and Spinal Energetics create a complete system for release, regulation and renewal. We do not want you to believe it. We invite you to experience it.

About the Practitioners

Jessica George

Founder of For Myself Healing

Jessica is the founder of For Myself Healing, a clinic in Chiswick created to offer true human to human connection at the heart of wellness. At 30 years old and originally from Oxfordshire, her work is deeply shaped by her own lived experience: living with complex health conditions, navigating congenital abnormalities, and surviving an arson attack that left her with embodied knowledge of trauma and chronic stress.

Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that our stories are unique, but the emotions we experience are universal. She teaches that the body carries stress and trauma not only mentally but physically, and that learning to speak the language of the body through a bottom up approach is essential for lasting healing.

Jessica’s work invites people to treat the root causes of pain and dis-ease by moving through bounded tension both physically and emotionally. She highlights that up to 80 per cent of doctors’ visits are stress-related, and her mission is to support people in restoring their bodies and minds from chronic stress through fascia, somatic awareness, and nervous system alignment.

Georgina Jackson Sytner

Health and Wellbeing Coach

Georgina is a health and wellbeing coach, nutritionist, author, and group fitness trainer with a deeply personal journey into wellness. Having experienced serious health challenges in her forties, including a condition that threatened her sight, she began a profound exploration into nutrition, movement, and the body’s capacity to heal. By transforming her own health, she found her life’s purpose: supporting others to reconnect with their wellbeing and resilience.

Her career has taken her from ballet and acting to interior design, but it was her lived experience of illness and healing that grounded her passion for holistic health. For over seven years, she has guided individuals and groups into lifestyle changes that are sustainable and empowering, focusing not on restriction but on nourishment and balance.

Georgina has been mentored for eighteen months by Human Garage, refining her practice of fascia manoeuvres that release pain, tension and trauma stored in the body. She brings warmth, wisdom and empathy into every session, and is committed to helping others feel grounded, energised and free in their bodies.
