Join us for an immersive movement workshop that explores the profound connection between body and emotion through the lens of ligaments and fascia. This unique experience combines principles of BodyStories in Dance with inspiration from Body Mind Centering and Somatic Experiencing in order to guide participants to navigate and express emotions such as anger, grief, and joy. Through somatic exploration of the fascia, you’ll learn to release tension, deepen your body awareness, and unlock the stories held within your tissues. Whether you're looking to process feelings or simply connect more deeply with your body, this workshop offers a safe and nurturing space to move, heal, and celebrate the fullness of your emotional landscape.
