World Tai Chi Day is April 25thJoin us for a free Tai Chi class on the Square—right in the heart of the Farmers Market. Come gather fresh vegetables, then step into a different kind of nourishment as we move, breathe, and flow together.
Whether you’re brand new or experienced, this is a chance to connect with a growing community, enjoy the morning energy, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and alive.
Come for the market… stay for the movement… and take home a little extra energy for your day.
We had a nice turnout a few weeks ago join us again or join us the first time to help us celebrate world Tai Chi day by doing some Tai Chi and learning about our growing community.
We will start about 8:45 AM - 9 AM or so.
Warmups - Silk Reeling - Walking Drills - Basic partner drills
10 AM we will go through our short form to finish up our session.
