We’re excited to announce the return of the Farmers Market at the Guilford Fairgrounds! 🌽🌻 Starting May 14th, join us every Thursday from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM for fresh, local produce, farm products, specialty foods, and a welcoming community atmosphere. Best of all, everything at our market is grown, produced, and crafted right here in Connecticut!
Here’s a look at who you’ll find this season:
🌱 River Ridge Farm – An organic, no-till farm committed to sustainable practices. They’ll be bringing an incredible variety of fresh vegetables, from rooted veggies and crisp salad greens to hearty braising greens and more.
🍎 Dondero Orchards – Back for another great season with seasonal fruits and vegetables, plus homemade baked goods, pickled items, and jams from their farm kitchen.
🥯 Olmo Bagels – The popular New Haven bagel company returns with their baked-daily bagels made using locally sourced flours.
🍯 Well Comb Home Honey – Featuring local raw and flavored honey, signature creamed honey, and other bee-related products.
🥚 Marco's Farm – Focused on quality egg production, offering chicken, duck, and quail eggs.
🍞 Brot Workshop – Our full-time bread baker serving European-style sourdough breads, with a special emphasis on German rye and a variety of artisan loaves.
🥟 The Gumpy Dumpling joins our market with fresh made dumplings in a few varieties. These are not your typical dumplings. Taste the difference!!!
🦪 Stoney Creek Oysters – Fresh, locally harvested oysters straight from the shoreline.
🥃 Fifth State Distillery – Returning with their locally crafted spirits, made using grains sourced from nearby farms.
🍁 Maple Grove Farm – Bringing their delicious local maple syrup and, during the summer months, fresh sweet corn.
🥩 Half-Mile Acre Farm – Offering locally raised beef and a variety of pork Italian and breakfast sausages.
🫒 Papa Spyros Olive Oil – A market favorite with exceptional olive oil, Greek dips, and prepared Greek foods. (Fun fact: they own an olive farm in Greece and harvest their olives every fall!)
🍕 Frank's Wood Fired Pizza – Joining us biweekly to serve up delicious pizzas cooked to perfection in their wood-fired oven.

Marco's Farm- Egg farmer providing chicken, duck and quail eggs.
Half-Mile Acre Farm- local raised beef, breakfast and Italian sausage,
Maple Grove Farm- maple syrup, maple coated nuts, maple candy dog treats and more.
Well Comb Home Honey- raw and flavored honey. Other bee products.

Brot Workshop- European style sourdough bread baker with emphasis on rye breads.
Fifth State Distillery- local Distillery that uses grains from a local farm to produce their product. They also use a local maple syrup for their CT Maple Whiskey.
Mostly Nuts- decadently delicious healthy nut and seed blends.
New England Cider Company- locally made ciders in a variety of flavors.
Olmo Bagels- delicious new haven style Bagels made from fresh grains. They offer a variety of flavors and cream cheeses.
Chet's Italian Ice- small batch Italian Ice offering several varieties of flavors.
Angelas Kitchen- locally made Pasta sauces made with no added sugars!!! Come try their sauce and find which one you enjoy the most.
Passionately Pasta- variety of fresh made pastas. Please see Papa Spyros Olive Oil for Nick's pasta this week.
Auntie Arwen’s Spices - spice blends to season just about anything you can think of.
Anna's Lemonade- all-natural old fashioned Lemonade made with low sugar.
Handmade In Madison- knitted and crocheted items and more.
Food: Franks Wood Fired Pizza- Wood fired pizza made with the finest ingredients. Come down and taste the difference of a quality pizza!!!!
