Join us at the Bishop’s Orchards Little Red Barn Area on June 7th at 4:00 for our annual gathering featuring Guilford resident, Scott C. Williams, Ph.D., Chief Scientist, Environmental Science and Forestry Department, Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station. After a short meeting led by the GLCT Board of Directors, Dr. Williams will discuss forested residential communities and explain why increased habitat connectivity is pivotal for the proliferation of a diverse array of native wildlife species and how this diversity ultimately benefits not only ecosystem health but also human health.
