About this Event
Join us for a wonderful event where farm-fresh ingredients and natural beauty come together. Our Farm to Table Cooking Class & Dinner is more than a mealβitβs a celebration of the local food, the hands that cultivate it, and the flavors that inspire us.
Hosted right on the farm, we will harvest our own ingredients directly from the farm, facilitated by farmers Robin & Sasha. We will then proceed to a hands-on cooking class facilitated by Chef Heidi, using the ingredients we harvested, plus others from nearby farms. (For exact timing, scroll down to see the Agenda).
The food we prepare will become a shared meal. We will cook and dine al fresco at our wooden long table, nestled in a recovered Garry Oak meadow next to the berry patch. This is a beautiful location to enjoy our spectacular farm-to-table meal, made from fresh local vegetables, herbs, and berries, locally raised meat and wild fish.
Included in the price of the ticket is the farm tour, harvesting, cooking class, meal, and two glasses of local wine.
