💪 Farm Fit has arrived at Tattershall Farm Park 💪For the next 8 weeks we're teaming up with qualified PT & Fitness Coach ‘Dave’ to provide the venue for ‘Farm Fit’.
'Farm Fit' classes are 45 minutes of live functional core and bodyweight training sessions incorporating a 25 minute full body structured warm up and cool down.
It's an ideal way to combine a visit to the farm with kickstarting and maintain a fitness routine. Babies in buggies... not a problem! Little ones can watch while you get fit, and you can combine this with a play date after!
A medical consent form is mandatory, and you’ll need to complete one of Dave’s health questionnaires (called a PAR-Q). PAR Q stands for Physical Activity Readiness Questionairre (it's a short health screening tool that helps identify potential health risks before starting an exercise program) .

There's no additional charge for the 'Farm Fit' classes, however spaces are limited and allocated on a first come first serve basis. If demand is high we will put on another class at 12.30pm on Tuesdays.
