Family Yoga

Yoga is fun for the whole family! We will practice breathing exercises, and yoga poses, play games, and have lots of fun. Partner poses are emphasized. Yoga is a great activity to do while connecting with your child. Come connect with your little ones while letting your inner child out!

The class is 1 hour. Pre-registration is required due to limited space.

$35 for 1 adult & 1 child
$6 for each additional family member

(Classes are non-transferable to other programs, packages, or classes)
