that enhance mindfulness, relaxation, and vitality.

• Review the foundations of pranayama and the importance of breath in daily life.
• Practice and break down 3-5 key pranayama techniques designed to calm the
mind, energize the body, and center the spirit.
• Explore how to integrate these techniques into your regular routine for ongoing
benefits.
