Unlock your family's storytelling potential! Create puppets while exploring rich storytelling traditions from around the world. Parents and kids learn side-by-side in a joyful, hands-on session that turns everyday play into powerful learning. Public Speaking for English Learners
This public speaking workshop is designed as a supportive and interactive space where participants can strengthen their communication skills through practice, feedback, and shared learning. Participants will explore common challenges in public speaking—such as managing nervousness, preparing effectively, and finding the balance between memorization and natural delivery. Participants will also learn strategies for engaging audiences, as well as approaches to handle difficult moments, such as responding to questions when they may not know the answer.

Parents 'R' Equal Partners (PREP)
Parents ‘R’ Equal Partners (PREP) will provide caregivers with the tools needed to become more encouraged and motivated to help their children succeed by preparing them to become effective partners in their children’s educational experience. The children of participating adults will be held to higher expectations, and stronger community relationships will be formed amongst PREP participants.
