I have had a lot of requests for people to bring their children and so I thought that I would specifically put a class together for this.

You do not have to have kids to join this class- just wanted to make a space so people would know this is available for them to bring kids

Cultivating stillness as a family is a foundational tool for evolution and transformation. Many families are "constantly on the go," trapped in a cycle of wanting to "do more" and "get more," which often fuels our stress response- By practicing together, you can move your household from a state of reactivity to responsiveness, learning to lead from the heart rather than just the mind. This commitment to well-being also supports your family's physical health, as learning to de-stress together helps deconstruct the ways chronic stress impacts the immune system.

The Class Structure: Tools for the Whole Family This workshop is designed as a "pause point" where parents and children can meet their minds with curiosity rather than attempting to conquer them. Our flow includes:

The Family Check-In: We begin with a gentle check-in to observe how everyone is showing up, practicing the core principle of non-judgment. We simply witness where our minds are without being defined by them.

3 Micro-Tools for Everyday Pause
The 2-Minute Brain Dump: A quick exercise to release mental noise and "clear the slate".
The 2-Minute Thank-You: A gratitude exercise designed to immediately shift your inner landscape.
Thought Visualization: A visualization practice where you learn to watch thoughts move like "writing in the sand," practicing observational awareness.

The "Big Tool" for Home: Somatic Awareness and Mindfulness Each week, we learn a larger somatic tool—that your family can implement at home. These tools show you how to calm your nervous system through presence rather than control, allowing you to turn your home into a sanctuary even when the outside world feels chaotic.

We close each session with 20 minutes of crystal singing bowls, allowing the sound to settle your thoughts and open your hearts. Your family will leave with energetic clarity and grounded awareness, carrying a new sense of compassion for one another and a shared lens of "awe and wonderment" into your daily lives.

This will be a session that is designed to not be seated in one position too long, to teach why meditation is helpful- learning at a younger age can greatly impact our fulfillment and teach the next generation emotional and physical awareness so they can learn to respond instead of react.
