FAMILY Crafternoon - Easter Egg Decorating

Looking for meaningful one-on-one time with your child, without the usual distractions? This workshop is a chance to slow down, connect and create together in a relaxed, welcoming space.

Louise takes care of everything—from setting up all the beautiful resources to clearing away afterwards—so you can fully enjoy uninterrupted creative time with your child. There’s no rush, no mess to worry about, and no screens competing for attention. Just shared focus, conversation and creativity.

During the session, you and your child will learn how to block print onto tissue paper and then decoupage your designs onto egg moulds, creating unique decorated Easter eggs that will last for years to come. Louise will guide you through the process step by step, starting with a demonstration of block printing using exquisitely hand-carved wooden blocks. She’ll be on hand throughout to offer support, encouragement and tips.

This workshop gently supports fine motor skills, builds confidence, and encourages creative thinking—while allowing children to explore and experiment at their own pace. Most importantly, it’s a chance to make memories together.

Perfect for parents and children aged 5 and above, the afternoon includes hot and cold drinks and plenty of time to relax, chat and enjoy being creative side by side. A truly lovely way to spend time together and leave with something special you’ve made as a team.
