About this Event

Do you face challenges in life that seem stuck or hard to resolve? Many of us do, and these patterns might show up as illness in the body, difficult relationships, or trouble with work and money.

When we take a step back to look at the system from where we came, we see that our patterns may stretch over many generations. Like a large organism, we begin to acknowledge ourselves as a part of the whole.

We all have a right to belong. When someone or something is excluded, replicating it in later generations is like a remembrance, saying, "this belongs".

Out of loyalty to our larger system, we may have an internal limit with things like a loving relationship, money, or good health. Some part of us believes it's impossible, or "not right" to have them all. This ties us to what wants to be remembered from the past, or where we came from.

With Family Constellations, we're not leaving anyone behind. We're taking the whole of the system with us. If we can honor what was stuck or unexpressed in what came before, it begins to free us from the unconscious ties. We can begin to experience space for our autonomy when we recognize the entanglement with the past. From here, we have more choices in how we want to live our lives.

In a systemic circle, we're sharing without judgment. We start with what's true right here, right now. As we collectively tune into our hearts, we can feel the sensations of our relationship to what is.

Together, we will create a soulful map to include what has been excluded, lost or forgotten. Completing the picture offers an awareness that allows the patterns to rest, and we can take a healing step towards reconciliation within ourselves.

Representing and witnessing in a constellation can have profound healing impacts on your own life. Everyone who attends will receive some benefit from the movements of the group.

It is $30 to join as a Representative.

  • It is difficult for you to make money and have abundance
  • You compare your worth to others and feel pressure to be perfect

  • Your profession has taken over your creative self and you're burning out
  • Maintaining fulfilling relationships has been frustrating or is making you anxious

W here did this come from?

Family Constellations have evolved from the work of Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist who found that each member in our family holds a special place and has an equal right to belong to the family system. Only when we acknowledge and honor the difficult fates of those who've preceded us, can the "Orders of Love" be reestablished and the chain of tragic destinies be broken. Along with Family Sculpting, Gestalt Therapy, and other approaches to healing; Hellinger was deeply influenced by 16 years of working with the Zulu people in South Africa.
