About this Event
At the centre of Family Constellations theory is an understanding that all humans have a fundamental need and a right to belong. This need forms a foundation of our life within our family and society.
As such it is a resource and a building block of a healthy and integrated life. In this workshop we will explore how disruptions in our belonging can lead to shame and guilt. We will encounter dynamics where sense of belonging can lead to disruptions in an individual healthy expression and can keep us locked in patterns that do not belong to us.
In this workshop you will have an opportunity to discover what supports your progress and what hinders your growth.
No previous experience is necessary. Just readiness to be honest with yourself and desire to go deeper.
