This one-day fitness festival is where movement, music, and community collide, right in the heart of Downtown Dallas at the beautiful Harwood Park.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

💪 5 Signature Fitness Classes: Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt, Strength, and GluteCamp—led by the city’s top instructors and studios. Expect energy. Expect sweat. Expect fun.

🗓 CLASS SCHEDULE (35 Minute Classes):

• 9:00 AM – R&B Yoga with Ali Haji from YogaZama
• 9:50 AM – Pilates Burn with Abigail Lyon from Align Studio
• 10:40 AM – Sculpt & Trap with Anthony Willis from Class Studios
• 11:30 PM – Strength Circuit with John Michael Race from Barry's
• 12:20 PM – GluteCamp with Kevin Lilly from Bünda
