Everyone will leave with a short series of exercises that are far more impactful than single-leg balance drills or unstable surface training.
The sad reality is, being able to stand on one leg is not the same as being able to catch yourself.
The skill of balancing on one leg has very little carryover to real-world fall prevention.
Falls don’t happen when life politely asks you to balance. They happen when you’re caught off guard, tripping, slipping, turning quickly, or reacting late.
Real fall prevention comes from:
- Strength
- Fast reactions
- The ability to absorb force
- And the confidence to move decisively when something goes wrong
In this workshop, we’ll focus on training the skills that actually reduce fall risk and make falls less severe if they do happen.
You’ll leave with an at-home plan you can practice consistently and confidently!
