Hello and welcome to spooky season!!The Autumnal Equinox marks the balance between day/night and the shift into a new season. Fall is a colorful season of bounty and transformation as kids go back to a new year of school, we harvest the remainder of the summer crops, trees shed their changed leaves, and we celebrate! The hot, long days of summer are over and it’s time to enjoy the efforts of our labors!
While Summer is a season of absorbing light, active growth, and joyful play, these combined energies mature as we step into the energy of Fall. There is so much bounty all around us, making the Autumn Equinox a powerful time for manifesting, receiving, synthesizing, balancing, and reflecting on this past season of growth!
For this Fall Equinox Harvest Portal event, we’ll begin by spending some time tuning into your own insight to reflect on the past several months. If you’d like to, you can choose an oracle card to connect with a fall time deity who can assist in bringing in balance, ripening, and a bountiful harvest. Through guided meditation, we’ll connect our energy deeply with the abundant Earth, set our intentions, and call in your team of guides. Working with the vibrations of live repetitive drumming, we’ll venture on a shamanic journey through the Fall Equinox Rebalancing portal to access the wisdom, balance, and magic of this powerful shift into Fall!
We’ll then flow into a relaxing Holy Fire World Peace Reiki Soundbath with drumming, crystal singing bowls, rattles, channeled singing, and 528 hz tuning wand to energize and balance your energy fields.
No previous experience with meditation is required for this class and beginners are welcome! Message MJ with any questions.
